Greetings Toronto Education Workers/Local 4400 Members,
We are currently experiencing issues with our cupe4400.org, local4400.ca union-issued emails and TDSB emails.
The issues that have been communicated and we are experiencing are:
- TDSB – emails sent, forwarded, and copied to cupe4400.org emails are not being delivered, and the senders are receiving “time-out” and “undeliverable” messages as a result.
- Union-issued – cupe4400.org emails are getting through but intermittently – in some cases there is an exceptionally long delay in the delivery.
- Union-issued – local4400.ca (Member emails) – emails sent from the local4400.ca are being delivered but we cannot reply and are receiving “time-out” and “undeliverable” message when the attempt is made to reply.
This issue is ongoing and presently we do not have a time for a resolution.
Please, when sending important emails to cupe4400.org emails and or TDSB emails ask for a confirmation of receipt from the intended recipient – this may assist in knowing if your email was received.
We thank you for your patience as we navigate through these technical difficulties and we know that we are not alone in this situation, there seems to be a number of issues happening everywhere recently.
